The Bialleti or Moka Chai

Who doesn't know it? The Italian classic with the espresso maker. We'll show you how to prepare your chai the Italian way. It's incredibly easy to prepare and results in an authentic, creamy, slightly spicy and malty masala chai. The amount depends on the size of the moka pot.

Ingredients and preparation:

  • The water is replaced by oat milk, for example.
  • The coffee is replaced by our Traditional Chai spiced tea blend, for example.
Pour the oat milk into the Moka pot instead of the water, put the filter in, put the spiced tea mixture into the filter area instead of the coffee, screw the pot shut, bring to the boil on a medium heat, and enjoy.
