Basic Recipe Essence – cold
The essences should be prepared with a combination of milk and water (ratio according to preference). When we talk about milk, we mean cow's milk as well as all possible plant-based variants.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml plant-based milk or cow’s milk
- 60 ml Chai Essence
- 1 teaspoon of date syrup (sweeten to taste, the essence already contains mascobado whole cane sugar)
Preparation:
- Pour the milk into a large glass with ice.
- Add chai essence and stir.
- Sweeten to taste.
