Make your own Cold Brew Iced Chai with this illustrated 3 step recipe

Cold brew is much lower in acidity and therefore tastes smoother and less bitter. Having less acidity means a healthier gut and healthier teeth. Although it requires a much longer brewing time, it is quick in preparation time. Lets get started in learning how to make a delicious Oat Milk Cold Brew Iced Chai.
Time to make: 5 minutes (Active) + 10 hours brew time (Passive)
Makes: 1 x 3dl Servings (simply multiply reciepe for more portions)
Materials/Ingredients

1 x Mason Jar with Lid

Fine Strainer

Tea Spoon

Premsoul Chai Mix
Either Traditional with Black Tea or Caffein free with Rooibos.

3dl Milk Of your choice
We use Hafer Milk from Soyana.

2 tsp Date Syrup
or Agavendicksaft
Step 1 – Add Ingredients




Step 2 – Brewing Cold

Store in fridge for a minimum of 10 hours.
Step 3 – The Strain

Strain the Chai mix into a second container (min 3dl), rinse the jar and add the brew back to the jar.
Serve

Add some ice cubes and find your favourite spot to sit in the sunshine and enjoy!
