Cold brew is much lower in acidity and therefore tastes smoother and less bitter. Having less acidity means a healthier gut and healthier teeth. Time to make: 5 minutes (Active) + 10 hours brew time (Passive)
Makes: 1 x 3dl Servings (simply multiply reciepe for more portions)
Step 1 – Add Ingredients
Step 2 – Brewing Cold
Store in fridge for a minimum of 10 hours.
Step 3 – The Strain
Strain the Chai mix into a second container (min 3dl), rinse the jar and add the brew back to the jar.
Add some ice cubes and find your favourite spot to sit in the sunshine and enjoy!
